The Importance of Learning
English
English is a very
important language in the world. Because of it English must be learnt and attempted by all people.
Beside that, english is a global language. There are some reasons why English is very important. For more clear information, let’s take a look
about the importance of learning English.
First, by mastering English enables us
to become survive and go anywhere throughout the world easily. It means that if we can speak English well, we can go to
foreign countries
without having guide
because English is a universal language which
used by most of the countries in the world.
Second, English is highly necessary
to be learned and mastered by everyone in order to be able to compete in the
globalization era. In this globalization, if we can not understand English well, we will
be difficult to find job because many companies need the applicants who capable of speaking English for business and
doing some transactions in English.
Third, English is a key to open and master
science and technology because most of scientists write their experts and
inventions in English. Moreover, many books or products such as
television, refrigerator, handphone, computer and many more are written in English so that we can understand how to use them
easily.
Fourth, English especially for
tourism also can be used as a media to promote our country, Indonesia. If we
can give the information in English, the tourists will be easily to understand
our culture.
From the reason above, it is
clear that English is a very important language in the world.
